Uh.. yes there is....
Why do women (or it appears to me) get a Free Pass when their rude, bitchy and often mean behavior is attributed to "That time of the month"?
If it not for me to ask Why? Then I ask, what is the male (Y Chromosome) "Free Pass" equivalent? Hangover? No, you did that to yourself and are 100% responsible for any and all action before during and after inebriation. Long day at the office? No, That's YOUR JOB! Hers is to...take care of the house. Sick? I like to be left alone to rest/sleep, but certainly don't take an attitude or you will hear all of the incredible things she does all while feeling sub-par. See above under take care of house.
So what is it? At some relatively unknown interval the meanness and irritability factor goes up and the rest of us suffer through it... But hey, it's ok, it's TTOTM.. SO? Again I ask, when can the men of the house come home, be short tempered, condescending and mean and have the rest of the household just smile and nod and say, "it's ok, he JBH (Just being himself)
