Well, it seems as if the evil forces are at work in the photo-blog-o-sphere... Like a good novel, the night of the big (web)2.0 launch of the much anticipated Zooomr this site has been under DDOS attack!
Question all along the notice blog seem to ask when it will be live? My take: as soon as Mr. Tate defends the evils of flattery.
Some questions:
If imitation is the sincerest form of Flattery, Flickr should be flattered.
Though…what is it when the Imitator also and Innovator?
So then, what would it be called when the “imitated” get’s upset with the “imitator” in advance of a DDOS attack?? (other than petty)?
This would be a great TLA (Three Letter Acronym) word problem…
I know, no links between the DDOS and the spat between Thomas and Stewart.. just a coinkidink…
